Job Description

  • You will be overall Head of the Manufacturing (Production, Design & QC Section) at our factory at Nuh (Mewat) and take care timely and quality production in all sections.
  • You will take care for training to all semiskilled, skilled and highly skilled workforces for our factory. All the new recruitments should have proper induction and training programmes.
  • You will take care of product development, making new zigs & fixtures, Moulds/Patterns, developing new methods in order to save time, cost and inventory.
  • You will also take care for development of new vendors for special job for having better quality product and reducing manufacturing cost.
  • You will monitor power factor and power bills in monthly basis and will develop methods/arrange devices/equipment/accessories/solutions to lower existing high power bills and look after maintenance of all machine, equipments, D.G sets, Electric Panels and other utilities.
  • Must be through in reading and illustrating to others, Mechanical and Assembly Drawings, Estimation and costing.
  • You will attend and solve fitment/Quality problems facing by our erection staff at sites, will conduct training of erectors at factory related with fitment and alignment problem of equipment at site.
