Job Description:

You are responsible for overall general management of the factory including upkeep of factory remises, plant and machines. You will keep check on each and every factory activity which includes factory security also.
You will implement, and follow quality systems as per the guideline of ISO and keep update all the factory records following the factory rule laid by the government and prevalent to current date.
You should also ensure the material dispatched from the factory unit to be of right specification, Quantity and Quality.
You will send indent if material to be procured to the head office in terms with complete specification and quantity after thorough discussion with the store manager and after confirming the sane with the manager in charge and provide actual and precise information according to the management.
You will have to plan a sudden audit as to confirm the activity of the store going as per the company protocol and as per your directed instructions to the store manager in charge.
You will be responsible for keeping all the updated records of the drawings and is also responsible to keep them in safe custody.
You will plan future production/procurement of material as to ensure the adequate amount of finished and unfinished goods/spares availability should be there, keeping in view the judicial control on inventory.
From legal point of view, you will be factory occupier also and so shall be responsible for safety of manpower (Paltech skilled/unskilled/casual manpower, contractor, visitors, transporter, staff and labour) inside the factory.
You will specially take care of the company assignments, compliances received from the management complying the same you should try to create an environment in which flow from top to bottom.
You will accompany visitors to our factory and will demonstrate them about our manufacturing ability and process .
